Every year NO/AIDS host a WALK share program for Louisiana based HIV/AIDS service organizations. Participating agencies will be reimbursed 75% of the proceeds that their agency WALK team turns in on or before the day of the WALK.
In the spirit of collaboration, the Task Force invites agencies working with HIV/AIDS throughout Louisiana to participate in the WALK with an opportunity to bring substantial resources to their agency through this easy process.
Agencies are asked to form only 1 team and to collect sponsorships that will be turned in no later than the day of the WALK. We also encourage your agency to be present at the WALK behind your organizations banner. NO/AIDS will reimburse participating agencies 75% of the money that is collected and turned in (the 25% retained by NO/AIDS helps assure that event expenses are covered)
Participating Agencies must fill out the WALK Share Program - Participation Form The form must be mailed or faxed back to NO/AIDS Task Force prior to the NO/AIDS WALK in order to participate in the program.
Participating Agencies agree to:

Return participation form before the NO/AIDS WALK U Include proof of 501C3 status (copy of determination letter).

Distribute WALK poster, materials and information in their area of the state and/or with their constituents.

Select a team captain for the agency team

The agency team captain must collect pledges and forms from all team members, complete the team pledge form and turn everything together as a single team entry with the agency's name attached.

All money and pledges must be turned in prior to 10:00 a.m. WALK day.
