What we do: 2009 by the numbers

During 2009, agency volunteers, staff and supporters enabled NO/AIDS Task Force to provide medical and supportive services for 1,779 individuals living with HIV disease and those who are affected by the AIDS epidemic. How We’re Funded

Where Does The Money Come From? Federal, state and local governmental grants, as well as foundation grants, make up about 70% of the income of NO/AIDS Task Force. NO/AIDS Task Force is the oldest HIV/AIDS service organization in the Gulf South and was founded in 1983 in response to the early devastating effects of the AIDS epidemic in the New Orleans area.
