The successful candidate will provide overall leadership to a six member PSH Team coordinating housing support services to targeted populations including: people living in homeless shelter systems or otherwise temporarily housed, homeless populations, the elderly, people with disabilities and people with a history of substance abuse or mental illness. Master’s degree in social work or other human services area and at least 2 years of experience in effective provision of services to members of one of the eligible populations required.
